We know how important it is to have your solution up and running and how difficult it can be to deal with problems when they occur! Voice Technologies strives to provide excellent customer service, exceed your expectations, and meet your needs quickly. One of the reasons we’ve been so successful in mission critical solutions to demanding customers is because of our strong commitment for “being there” for the customer and “providing” the best possible support.

Our Customer Support Representatives stand by ready to provide exceptional service for your mission-critical applications. We provide product knowledgeable technical people so you won’t need to wait to be helped. Our goal is to get a live support person to help you almost immediately.

Our support team, with highly secure access procedures (agreed to with customers that desire remote maintenance capabilities), can be “remote access enabled” by customers. This allows them to be on your system(s) when problems have occurred. Our support personnel are equipped with various on-line diagnostic tool capabilities, and are subject matter experts, extremely capable in troubleshooting each Voice Technologies product.

Please check out our support offering, or submit an on-line request if you like. When problems occur, your service will be up and running again in the shortest possible time when you have a Voice Technologies support agreement.

Have you ever called for support, made to wait while they look you up, only to find that they won’t help you because you are not listed in their support agreement data base? This often can cause huge delays in getting the help you need just when you need the help the most, for a mission critical activity that has developed a problem.

At Voice Technologies, maintenance contracts are important, but anyone representing our customer will be given fast, immediate help to get everything back to normal. Maintenance contracted customers will have priority over non-contracted customers but all of our customers are very important to us and will receive help to cure problems, particularly urgent problems.

Regular Business Hours:

The Customer Support Center is staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. On any regular business day you can reach our support team by email or phone. Email is preferred for non-urgent issues. We reply back to email almost immediately throughout the day.

If your system is down, or you are experiencing other major problems that require immediate assistance, dial (800) 396-2111, follow the menu prompts and select Option 2 for Customer Support.

Every effort is made to answer all calls for emergency assistance “live”. We know how much live interaction helps in working together to define the problem and investigate possible alternatives. A Voice Technologies representative will answer your call and start working with you immediately. No tickets to fill out, now waiting for technicians to be called.

If you decide to leave a message in our voice mail box please include:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Your telephone number
  • A detailed description of the problem you are reporting

After leaving the message, press #5 to mark it urgent. We will get paged and call you back as soon as possible.
