Voice Technologies can provide you with a professional project manager on a contractual or turn key basis to assist you in implementing any special projects such as IVR, Voice Web, Voice Authentication, CTI, Emergency Preparedness or Unified Messaging.

Voice Technologies will work with your in-house analysts to turn your ideas into live voice systems. A business analyst can review your current processes and discuss / document business needs and preferred methods of operation. We will lay out a project life cycle and create a design document from our needs analysis. Customized Notification Solutions
Voice Technologies will integrate our Command Caller™ notification platform with your existing databases and applications. Command Caller™ is based on open standards and integrates with any ODBC compliant database (Access, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and uses off-the-shelf hardware. Voice Technologies believes that “closed” proprietary systems are of little value in today's environment. We are selling solutions, not “boxes.” Whether you are looking to integrate with plume tracking software, your existing personnel databases or an incident management package, Voice Technologies possess advanced technical skills and we'll listen to your requirements. Command Caller™ is available in on-premise, hosted/ASP/service or a hybrid business model.
